By using Zaylo you agree to book and pay according to each studio's policies, including cancellation windows and membership billing shown at checkout.

Memberships renew per the plan you select until you cancel. Drop-in bookings may require upfront payment when the studio requires it.

Zaylo provides the platform; studios are responsible for the services they deliver. Disputes about a session should be raised with the studio first.
